It’s a proven format, adaptable for 8-hour or 12-hour packages. Use this as a starting point.
Standard 10-Hour Package:
- 11:30 am: Team starts, arrives at groom’s location
- 12:30 pm: Team departs from groom’s location
- 1:00 pm: Team arrives at bride’s location
- 1:00 pm – 2:30 pm: Dress photos, video, candid shots, and bridal party footage
- 2:30 pm – 3:15 pm: Bridal portraits
- 3:30 pm: Team leaves for venue
- 4:30 pm – 5:30 pm: Ceremony and family photos
- 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm: Bridal party and couple portraits
- 7:30 pm: Speeches start
- 8:00 pm – 8:45 pm: Sunset photos (time varies by season)
- 8:45 pm: First dance
- 9:30 pm: Team wraps up
Time Budgeting Tips:
- Allow 10 minutes post-ceremony for greetings
- Allocate 30 minutes for family photos
- Take 10 minutes for a break and drinks post-family photos
- Budget 60 minutes for bridal party and couple session
- Plan for an additional 20-30 minute sunset session for optimal lighting
